Mudarris AI (keyingi o‘rinlarda — «xizmat») DTM va Milliy sertifikat imtihonlariga tayyorlanish uchun ilova va sayt: app.mudarrisai.uz, mudarrisai.uz va Android/iOS ilovasi. Bu hujjat qanday ma’lumot to‘planishi, nima uchun ishlatilishi va uni qanday boshqarishingiz mumkinligini tushuntiradi.

Reklama ko‘rsatmaymiz, reklama yoki kuzatuv (analytics) kutubxonalaridan foydalanmaymiz va ma’lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz.

Ma’lumotlar faqat xizmat ishlashi uchun zarur bo‘lgan hajmda quyidagi hamkorlarga uzatiladi:

Qonunda belgilangan hollarda ma’lumot vakolatli davlat organlariga taqdim etilishi mumkin.

4. Qancha saqlanadi

Ma’lumotlar hisobingiz faol bo‘lgan muddatda saqlanadi. SMS va kirish kodlari bir necha daqiqada eskiradi. Hisobni o‘chirsangiz, shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringiz darhol o‘chiriladi (6-bo‘lim). Server zaxira nusxalaridan ma’lumot qisqa muddat ichida avtomatik o‘chib ketadi.

5. Xavfsizlik

Barcha ulanishlar shifrlangan (HTTPS). Parollar faqat xesh ko‘rinishida saqlanadi, kirish kalitlari muddatli. Ma’lumotlar bazasiga faqat xizmat serveri kira oladi.

6. Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish

Hisobingizni istalgan vaqtda o‘zingiz o‘chirishingiz mumkin: ilovada yoki app.mudarrisai.uz saytida Profil → Hisobni o‘chirish. Batafsil: mudarrisai.uz/delete-account. O‘chirilganda telefon raqami, Telegram va Google bog‘lanishi, ism, rasm, ota-ona havolalari, qurilma tokenlari, bildirishnomalar, o‘qituvchiga savollar va ovozli xabarlar o‘chiriladi, obuna bekor bo‘ladi. Test natijalari reyting statistikasida shaxssiz holda qoladi.

7. Bolalar

Xizmat 13 yoshdan kichik bolalarga mo‘ljallanmagan va biz ulardan bila turib ma’lumot to‘plamaymiz. Bunday hisob aniqlansa, u o‘chiriladi.

Xizmat maktab o‘quvchilari va abituriyentlar uchun mo‘ljallangan. 16 yoshga to‘lmagan foydalanuvchi xizmatdan ota-onasi yoki qonuniy vakilining roziligi bilan foydalanadi. Ota-ona farzandining ma’lumotlarini o‘chirishni 8-bo‘limdagi aloqa orqali so‘rashi mumkin.

Ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin. Savollar uchun Telegram: @mudarrisai_support. Murojaatlarga odatda 7 kun ichida javob beramiz.

Mudarris AI (the “service”) is an app and website for preparing for the DTM university entrance exam and the National Certificate exams in Uzbekistan: app.mudarrisai.uz, mudarrisai.uz and the Android/iOS app. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and how you can control it. If the Uzbek and English versions differ, the Uzbek version prevails.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: phone number; if you sign in with Telegram — your Telegram ID, name and username; your display name and, if you choose, a profile photo.
  • Learning data: tests you take, your answers, scores, level and activity (streaks, time spent).
  • Voice: audio recorded when you ask a question by voice or use the speaking practice. Audio is sent to our server to be converted to text; voice messages in speaking practice, their transcripts and assessment results are stored in your account.
  • Text you write: questions you ask the AI and questions you send to a teacher.
  • Parent link: the Telegram ID and name of a parent who links to a student’s account (to send daily progress reports).
  • Device: a push notification token and platform (Android, iOS or web).

We do not show ads, we do not use advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs, and we do not sell your data.

2. How we use data

  • to sign you in and keep one account per person (by phone number);
  • to run tests, AI explanations, voice practice and leaderboards;
  • to calculate your level, score forecast and recommendations from your results;
  • to send reminders and notifications about results and your subscription;
  • to activate subscriptions;
  • to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

3. Who we share data with

Data is shared only with the following service providers, and only to the extent needed to run the service:

  • Microsoft Azure — servers and database (Sweden, EU), AI answers (Azure OpenAI), backup speech service;
  • Speech-to-text service (an Uzbek speech model on RunPod cloud servers) — for voice questions;
  • Aisha (aisha.group) — converting AI answers to Uzbek speech (only the answer text is sent);
  • Google Firebase — push notifications;
  • Telegram — sign-in with Telegram, notifications and the online lessons channel;
  • Eskiz.uz — SMS verification codes (phone number and code);

We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.

4. How long we keep data

Data is kept while your account is active. SMS and sign-in codes expire within minutes. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted immediately (section 6). Data in server backups is deleted automatically within a short period.

5. Security

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as hashes and access tokens expire. Only the service’s server can access the database.

6. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time yourself: in the app or at app.mudarrisai.uz go to Profile → Delete account. Details: mudarrisai.uz/delete-account. Deletion removes your phone number, Telegram and Google links, name, photo, parent links, device tokens, notifications, questions to teachers and voice messages, and cancels your subscription. Test results remain only as anonymous leaderboard statistics.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them; if we learn of such an account, we delete it. The service is intended for school students and university applicants; users under 16 use it with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent can ask us to delete their child’s data using the contact below.

8. Your rights and contact

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us on Telegram: @mudarrisai_support. We usually reply within 7 days.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. We will notify you in the app about important changes.
